Cement Tile Restoration

  1. Replace any broken tiles
  2. High pressure clean roof
  3. Replace any rusted valley irons
  4. Re-bed & flexible point all ridge tiles
  5. Seal roof with 1 coat of Imperial Sealer
  6. Apply 2 coats of top coat paint

Terracotta Tile Restoration

  1. Replace broken tiles
  2. Soak roof with Sodium Hypochlorite solution (roofs with Moss & Lichens only)
  3. High pressure 3000psi clean roof
  4. Replace rusted valley irons Re-bed & flexible point all ridge tiles
